My new refurbished phone is excellent. My only issue was connecting with my own carrier (Credo) to get service transferred to the new phone. I was surprised and disappointed to get a flyer inside the box of my new phone stating that it was an Amazon refurbished phone. There was no info about Back Market. Are you a company owned by Amazon?

I'm delighted with this refurbished Pixel, and happy to have saved some serious dough on the purchase! I have only bought new phones in the past, but my daughter recommended this source, and I will definitely consider using Backmarket again in future!

It works great, no damage at all. It was grey instead of coral but that's okay. It's the best phone that I've had. One of my favorite features is the camera. It's very high definition. It doesn't have a regular hole for headphones and it requires ones that plug into the charging port which is harder to find at stores and inconvenient if you want to charge and listen to music. That's not Backmarket's fault though. Every time I've ordered a phone from Backmarket (3x now, husband 1x) we get phones that are in perfect condition.

phone had sticker on bacjk -- apparently a "demo" unit at a store? delivered without a SIM tray, Needed to carve up the tray on the Pixel 2a spoiling it fas a trade-in.. With carved-up Pixel 2a SIM tray, phone happily transferred files and became operational.

Great phone! Holds up really well with today's software, feels nice in the hands, and has more quality of life changes than my old Samsung S10 did. Still going to take some getting used to but so far it has not disappointed!

No visible scratches on phone,used a freight forwarder since I'm from South Africa and got the package. I'd recommend using FedEx or DHL of you're not in USA. Amazing service, amazing phone and I'm a happy customer.
