    The delivery was fast. Setup was a breeze. It only took a few moments to transfer my service once the phone was fully updated. I haven't had any issues with the new phone. It looked brand new out of the box. So far so good, I recommend these guys over Best Buy's refurbished phones any day. I bought one for my son recently and it was dirty out of the box. Once they refurbished it, they didn't even clean it up! It had gunk all over it. However, this phone was purchased as "good" condition. It was immaculate! Thank you for decent prices on quality equipment.

    My device seamlessly set up when I swapped over the SIM cards. All I've had to do is re-establish passwords on some of the apps but this has been one of the best buying experiences ever. I recommend this place 100%. I will be coming back again. This place is awesome! And no, I'm not getting paid for this. This is just really one of the best experiences and seamless. It took 5 minutes literally and my phone was up and running 🙌

    Just what I expected! I got the device for a very specific purpose (mainly viewing and editing PDFs) so I'm not really putting it to the test too much. but it's keeping up well. I'm impressed by the battery. I've only needed to charge it once a week or so, using it ~1 to 3 hours daily.

    great condition. heavy tablet. But after i purchased I noticed that in the description it says release date of the tablet is 2022 even though it's advertised for 2024, I decided to look because the case I bought is for a 2024 tablet and it doesn't fit.

    I had placed an order for a refurbished "excellent" condition Pixel 7 with an Amazon seller, but received a phone with extreme signs of use. So bad that I had to contact Amazon directly for a refund, as the vendor was not responsive. Instead of trying my luck again on the previously mentioned platform, I decided to give BackMarket a try after reading their "Verified Refurbished" page. My renewed Pixel 7 arrived quickly and in real "excellent" condition. I'll definitely order from BackMarket again and would recommend it to anybody looking for a quality refurbished item.
