    When you are forced to change phones it is always bad timing, for me at least. I wanted something that would come exactly as was stated online & this did (i.e. actually unlocked and good condition). The transfer process was smooth & no data loss. The only thing I would add is to include the sim tool with purchase just in case. I did have one, this is just a light suggestion. Otherwise very happy with my purchase. Thank you for being an affordable alternate option for replacing phones.

    The delivery was fast. Setup was a breeze. It only took a few moments to transfer my service once the phone was fully updated. I haven't had any issues with the new phone. It looked brand new out of the box. So far so good, I recommend these guys over Best Buy's refurbished phones any day. I bought one for my son recently and it was dirty out of the box. Once they refurbished it, they didn't even clean it up! It had gunk all over it. However, this phone was purchased as "good" condition. It was immaculate! Thank you for decent prices on quality equipment.

So bad that I had to contact Amazon directly for a refund, as the vendor was not responsive.
