Had a great experience!! This seller shipped out the phone so fast and it arrived literally the next day! The phone is in excellent condition, just like described! It runs so smoothly. The only small issue I've noticed so far has been on 2 separate calls, it will sound muffled every now and then between words. But honestly can't tell if it's the phone or the network connection. But regardless, it's in great condition for refurbished! Would absolutely order more electronics from Back Market and this seller!

Fantastic. After spending the last five years in iOS, I'm glad to be back on Android - on a Google phone no less. I remember the Nexus line fondly but this phone is a different league entirely The camera is everything I hoped, the accessibility features and flexibility are amazing, and I love being back on Android and not stuck in "it just works" hell with iOS

The phone I bought was classified as Good, but it looked practically brand new to me. I chose Pixel because I wanted the best camera I could get on a budget as well as the 7 year update agreement. It's a sweet phone, looks nice and feels great in the hand. Only downsides are the battery takes a while to charge, and the phone runs warm. I ended up swapping this out for a Google 8 because the 8 has slightly better specs and a bigger, faster-charging battery. It was a tough decision, though. I prefer the look and feel of this one, and tbh, the 8 had more visible signs of use.

this feels just like a brand new phone. I absolutely love it -- 0 regrets. and working through backmarket has been awesome as well. the app is great. it's very user friendly. and my phone even arrived a couple of days sooner than i'd expected. this is how I will buy my next phone and any other tech I can find through them

Everything on Backmarket's end was great! The device arrived in good condition. The Pixel 8a itself came enrolled in a software beta that persisted through factory resets, and wiped my newly set up phone when I opted out. The only reason I rated 4 out of 5 is because the fingerprint sensor is finicky, but that's a Google problem. I had a great experience and am looking forward to buying from backmarket again in the future.

Another win for back market. Even though it is used, I would have enough by the quality of the device. Thank you again for having this as an option to acquire new devices at a much lower cost.
