I always purchase my phones from Back market. I never use my upgrades through my phone company. The phone's I get through back market better priced better quality. And I can put a protection plan on them.

Everything works amazingly well! The phone appeared to be brand new as it was without a scratch. I purchased a "excellent" condition phone and upon receiving it the phone feels excellent and barely used. I will no longer buy new phones with 24 month contracts. "This is the way."

When it came in everything work as if it was new, it worked fine. But after two days, I ended up pushing it off my desk on accident, it fell face flat and the screen blacked out and cracked from inside, the touch screen no longer worked.

Delivered on time, no issues with the package. Been using my new phone for nearly a month and it's been wonderful. No issues with battery life, cameras have no scratches, speakers and mic work fine. Overall a perfectly working dream phone. Not even a single dead pixel. This was my first time using Back Market so I was pretty nervous, but now I can say I am very happy to have given it a chance.

Just trying to find out how to use the warranty for a repair, a line has appeared in the screen as if the back light is malfunctioning (it is not related to the crease forming from the folding screen)

Great quality of product, absolutely no signs of wear and also great performance. The only problem is that I received a different color from what I ordered which is understandable as they both called grey (I wanted this whitish grey, but got black)

This is my second phone purchased from BackMarket, and only because I am so hard on phones. I use the affirm payment method and it all goes so smoothly. Phone came in very fast and in basically brand new condition. All I had to do was take the eSim card out of my old phone and put it in my new one. Have had it for a little over a week now I think (time flies) and I have no complaints

Happy with the device, as listed. Only weirdness is I got a charging block that only took USB A and a cable that is USB C on both ends. Checking online this might be kind of common on this marketplace. Otherwise, as described.
