Taking the phone in at face value — 4.5/5 There were some spots where the phone was scratched, but the screen was unmarked, while the whole phone looked visually clean. The screens — 5/5 Turned the phone on the moment it got in my hands and the screen looked amazing. I'm very excited to set it up once I get my case in. Packaging — 4.5/5 It only came in a plastic, insulated kind of wrap around the phone. Carrying the box, I could feel the device shift agaisnt the cardboard. Seeing as it had to travel fairly far, that kind of protection made me skeptical about how the phone would turn out, but so far I'm pleased. It came with a charging cord, as it promised on the site, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a sim card ejecting tool along with it. Back Market — 5/5 What they are doing, refurbishing electronics like this, is honestly amazing, I would like to continue to support them and will be buying from them again in the future. Since they are mostly pre-owned I don't and cant expect them to be sent out in the utmost pristine condition, so I'm otherwise very satisfied with my z flip.
