    I’ve been wanting to upgrade my iPhone 11 for a while now, and recently the time came because after 4 years, she reached her storage limit and would close any app I tried to open. When I got this phone, the only thing I noticed that could have been considered damage is a slight ring around the charging port from a case. I’m really happy with my purchase.

    I’m mostly pleased with the device and very pleased with the service side at this point. Mostly pleased because i spent the extra money for a 90% or better battery life in the top tier refurbished phone and the battery life was 88% when it arrived. 2% isn’t much but it does make a difference in having to charge during the day or not, especially if you pay for it. Still waiting on the trade in evaluation but that’s on UPS not Back Market
