    1 month review. Amazing phone. I am extremely happy with the camera and the phone itself. Everything works smoothly and as expected. The phone came in an excellent condition, no scratches on the outside of the body, sides or camera. When applying a screen protector I could see really small scratches on the screen, but they went away when I applied the screen protector. Phone battery capacity is estimated to be at 96%. Phone lasts the whole day with moderate to heavy use. So far I am really happy. it's a bit large in my hand though, so using it one handed is quite difficult, but it's all I've ever wanted from a phone. Contactless payments, esim, you can even place your card to the back of the phone to make. a purchase. Review is all over the place, but one thing for sure, it's worth the money.

    I wanted to wait a few more months to see if the phone still holds up but honestly it's been about a month and the thing functions as new. It was in excellent condition and as described. It shipped quickly as well. I ran a few specs checks on it and the battery, after getting used to my schedule of usage optimized itself and doesn't overheat like how some complaints have been about this phone even brand new from samsung. The screen brightness is great and doesn't look like it uses a lower quality replacement screen. No sputters in processing power either, it's smooth and pretty powerful. This definitely helped me feel better about backmarket in the future. If there are any issues within the next 3-4 months I'll update.

    I was happy to receive my PREMIUM refurbished iPhone 15 Pro. It looks and functions like new, however, when I received the phone, the battery life was at 89% (and within a week, dropped to 88%), not the 90% or higher that is advertised. I normally wouldn’t think it a big deal, BUT I paid the additional cost because of the advertised battery life. When I inquired about a refund of the additional money paid, BackMarket’s response was that battery life was not a valid reason for return and that I would have to go through the return process. Since I don’t have an alternate phone to use, I kept the 15 Pro. In addition, I paid a quality inspection fee of $7.99 (?), but apparently the battery life was overlooked. **You can still make it right and retain a customer, BackMarket, just reach out to me.**

    The iPhone 14 is in good condition and working well. Satisfied with it to date. My trade in iPhone X was valued at $67 but they evaluated it upon receipt and said the screen lighting was defective and gave me $7 instead. I accepted the offer but knew the screen worked like new when I had last used it. Seems like a scam to me but I really have no hard evidence to refute it.

    Ordered an iphone 13 in good shape and that's what I got. Everything works fine. Its in almost perfect condition except for a very minor scratch on the back of the phone which I could care less about. My only complaint is that the battery health was at the low end of 86% now 2 weeks later at 85%. Not a big deal. Just wish it was a little higher.

    I picked out the iPhone 13 Pro in good condition and i was amazed at how good quality it came out to be for a supposed used phone. i’m very happy with my purchase the only thing that i did find a bit concerning was that the speaker holes were a bit dirty and also around the phone camera it had some dirt stuck around it but really it can be cleaned out, other than that i’m extremely impressed and overall happy with my purchase.
