    I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro listed in excellent condition. Overall, the phone is usable and functions normally for calls, apps, and daily use. However, from the first week of use, I’ve noticed an ongoing sound/volume issue. The issue is not drastically worsening, but it is consistently noticeable, especially when using the speaker for calls or media. The volume works, but it doesn’t sound as strong or clear as expected for this model and condition. Using headphones does help, but the speaker output itself doesn’t feel fully up to standard. My sound is scratchy & muffled .. even at full volume .. It’s been about a week, and the issue has not resolved on its own. While the phone is still functional and the problem isn’t severe enough to make it unusable, it’s disappointing given that it was advertised as “excellent condition.” This may not be a dealbreaker for everyone, but it’s something buyers should be aware of if sound quality is important to them..

    Phone arrived a week after ordering; shipper offered 2 day shipping but I ordered the day before New Year’s eve so that delayed it a bit. My phone came in excellent condition, really no signs of use that I could see even after close evaluation. Works great and came with 90 percent battery capacity which is pretty good for a refurbished phone. I have no complaints and I would definitely shop again!

    Let me start off by saying that the iPhone 15 Pro Max came in great condition. Everything was unlocked and ready to use. I bought it in excellent condition and the battery capacity was at 89% which was not really a big deal since I went to replace the battery regardless. Everything was functioning well and appropriate.     I love my iPhone 16e except for a few minor issues. My ring tone is not very loud, even on the maximum scale. And, the letters on the right side for my contacts is difficult to access. I have to punch the letters numerous times to get them to transfer me to my contacts. Is there an easy fix for these issues? Patty Younts
