    Couldn’t be happier! I was looking for a small laptop for my small business and was looking to get a refurbished one since money was tight. Cow tech was awesome to send me a message to let me know that the laptop I purchased was heavily dented and asked if I wanted one a year newer at a discounted price. When I told them I couldn’t pay more and to cancel my order they were amazing enough to send me the upgraded laptop for the lower price and shipping was super quick! The laptop was in great condition! Definitely would recommend!

    I ordered the "Good" condition and the laptop works amazing! The only complaint I have is some dust and fingerprints in the laptop that I could easily wipe off, but for a college student looking for a cheap and quality laptop this was a godsend!

    Original Review Below (Updated Review Follows) Ordered 2 Surface Pro 3s. This is not what I recieved. I was sent just the regular 3. Still awaiting an answer from seller as to the discrepancy and possible resolution. Will update review when an outcome is reached but as of now I am not happy. All negative marks are based on the fact that what I received is not what was ordered and not on the actual item received. *Update* First response from Coetech was a bit surprising. Basically consisted of, " you ordered pro 3s, we sent pro 3s and a dead link to a microsoft description. Really? It wasn't starting very good from a customer service aspect. Back Market on the other hand was right there. After contacting the seller I immediately was contacted by Back Market letting me know they were aware of my concern and standing by to intervene should I not be satisfied with the results of my inquiry. That was reassuring. After providing the seller with some information on the devices I received they realized that I was correct and had not received Pro 3s but 3s. They offered a full return/refund or partial refund should I decide to keep the devices. Unfortunately an exchange was not available but I am not going to hold them accountable for what they have in stock at any given time. I decided to keep the devices and accept the partial refund. The devices were in great condition both aesthetically and operationally. Battery life is great too. Over all very happy with the devices and the outcome of the debate over the discrepancy. Coetech initially got wrong but did make it right. I just hope that they learn to look into customer concerns a little deeper and with a little more understanding from the beginning. Mistakes happen and both customers and businesses need to understand that. For myself, as a customer, the mistake is never really the issue. The issues arise when the company I am doing business fails to acknowledge the mistake or discount the customers feeling about the mistake. A few questions regarding my concern could have cleared things up with little effort. Confirm or disprove things, don't just come out and tell customers they are wrong and you are right. Coetech did make things right and the quality of the devices sold are very nice. This experience would not deter me from doing business with them again or recommending them to others. Also very satisfied with Back Market. Although they did not need to get involved they were right there ready to step in if needed and that instills confidence in the consumer. Thank you Coetech and Back Market for the great products, the consumer support and for doing the right thing.

    This is my first time purchasing a refurbished macbook from backmarket and I was reluctant to buy one at first because I did not know what to expect. The condition of the laptop on the listing was “Mint” which meant that it had very few to almost no types of damage. I paid for express shipping and received it promptly within the 2-3 day time frame. As soon as I received if, I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY. The laptop literally seemed like brand new without any defects. The performance is excellent and so far I am very satisfied. I highly recommend buying from these guys.

    I’m SO very happy with the service provided by Back Market. I must admit that I was so incredibly hesitant about going with this company - hell, about purchasing the refurbished route in general; but I must say that I am very, very happy with my decision. My laptop arrived in tip top condition, this as far as how it looked and ran - I’m talking a practically new computer; and I’m a true (strictly) mac user. The only (tiny) complaint that I do have is that they did forget to provide the charger in the original shipment; but with my reaching out, they jumped right on it and two day shipped me the charger. The customer service provided by Coe Tech was remarkable, to say the least. They def have me sold as far as being a returning customer. As from here on out, I’ll def look to them for the bulk of my Mac purchases - and I’ll keep a keen eye out for products by Coe Tech simply because their service proved to be beyond excellent.
