    The delivery was fucked up, the service wasn't very helpful, but I am delighted with the product. My MacBook is everything I'd hoped it would be. Fast enough for me and just perfect for the basic tasks of internet and file management. I am trying to whip it into shape to be a local server for Wordpress and Php. and that it still a work in progress, but I am an old retired guy just messing around with it, so the process is as interesting as the destination. Although I WOULD like to get it to work.

    The product earlier than expected. It came with the charger and the block. It had a few dents and scratches on side but that’s minor. It worked pretty good but after a few weeks I realized that the device dies fast. Back Market is great with their products. I am very satisfied with my purchase after all!

    Not even the right macbook pro I order but what I recieved has a better feature I ordered a base 2015 macbook pro and I recieved a maxed out 2014 model I ordered the macbook pro in very good condition esthetic, I have received the wrong macbook with delamination, scratched keyboard, scratched bottom casing, and the battery on the macbook had over 1000 battery cycle yes they send me a replacement but only a month later to get a response and another few weeks to ship the battery. I installed the new battery now its being drained like crazy especially over night less than 5 hours of screen time and the packaging was garbaged I recieved the computer in a thin syroam foam case in a big box presentation was disgusting. I was to generous to this company called COTECH for many months now the service and presentation is trash. I stayed and put up with the computer because I need it for school and I'm having alot of issues with it specifically with the battery. I recommend a friend to use this website to buy refurbished products she order a macbook pro mid 2014 in fair condition so some scratches on screen, keyboard, and overall on the computer, she recieve a way better computer than I did. she recieved not only a mint condition computer but it came with a case and keyboard protection covers, a mint condition macbook pro mid 2014 with no delamination, no scratches anywhere and a 30 battery cycles. I ordered my computer in very good condition with no scratchs anywhere or signs of usage only to recieved the complete opposite of what I wanted. The presentation was way better the package had multiple bubble wrapped around it. The company (RedstonePC) who sold my friend the mid 2014 macbook pro did an amazing job going an above and beyond to making sure their customers get more out of there money and to have a pleasant experience I'm just tired of COTECH not willing to make the extra effort to making sure the device sold to their customers are in the best condition both external and internal with the best performance of the device sold to the customer. No effort in solving my needs nor sending me the correct item I had paid for. Being able to solve a customers need and to help satisfy the customers needs should always be a company first priority before anything else!!!
