I literally was reading all of these bad reviews about this vendor so I immediately filed for a refund after the fact I just received the MacBook and so far so good computer is in mint condition everything works the charger came with it as well I appreciate this as it was a Christmas gift to myself Thankyou guys! the keys are sometimes responding i have to really bang them and i noticed that the battery doesn't last off the charger other than those two thing the computer is great i had to get my brother on the phone to help update the software because i couldn't get it update i would have thought it would have came ready out the box to go i would potentially try again in the next purcahse

The laptop came in on time. Purchase in Fair condition so was anticipating somewhat major cracks and scratches. This was not the case as the laptop was near perfect minus some spots on the bottom. While setting everything up, noticed the “t” wasn’t working on the keyboard, and the battery had “battery service recommended” error. After downloading the latest macOS, the “t” was fixed, but of course the battery was still an issue. Everything else was working great. With Back Markets 30 day/warranty I paid for, I figured this would be an easy fix to send back to the seller instead of taking on an additional expense. Also wondering why something so fundamental was missed? I sent it back to the seller, they got it on a Tuesday. When you send it back, Back Market tells you which direction it could go. They will either fix and send back, send a replacement, or send a refund. Either of these will happen within 5 business day. That Friday, I followed up to see what will end up happening. It hadn’t reached 5 business days so I wasn’t expecting it to be completed, I was looking to see what had been decided since it has been the 4th business day at that point.
