    This MacBook came SUPER dirty. The screen, keyboard, and even the ports. Literally everything!! And there was also something sticky in the bottom of the keyboard. I know i got the cheapest one but shouldn’t it be clean? Last time i ordered from this seller the MacBook came super clean and good.

    The quality of the MacBook is very decent. She has some dinks, dents, and scratches. She also came with a battery that was recommended to be replaced. I already replaced it a few days ago so no big deal. The Touch Bar is broken on the side of the fingerprint sensor.When the screen saver is on, the light flickers. Luckily they are not expensive and easy to replace. A macbook pro with this level of build for under $1,000 with what it comes with is solid. Back market got the puter to me in the time they said they would. I would deff buy from here again.

And my order came 2 days after I had ordered so I was pleasantly surprised.     I ordered the MacBook Air in grey in "excellent" condition. The spacebar didn't work unless I pressed down on it really hard and the keyboard backlight would randomly shut off and neither the keyboard or the trackpad would work unless I did a hard reset of the laptop. I returned the laptop for repairs and they sent me the same exact laptop with the same issues a week later. I am trying to return and get a refund but haven't received a response. Very poor experience.

    The Mac clearly has dried up glue from a screen replacement on the screen. the space grey wasn't space grey it was a sticker covering the back and bottom, and it restarts every time I close it. I have to wait for the whole thing to restart every time I want to close it and open it again.

    It’s a good computer, can’t download to much on here because it’s stuck on the 10.13 update so I can’t really download what I need, also the screen part of the macbook is very unstable and falls ALOT(very loose) it sometimes slows down but other then that it’s good and runs alright
