    iMac does not start up; when powered up get a flashing folder. Apple instructions to start up from utility disk are good for an IMac that I had a wired keyboard and wi-fi set up with previously. BackMarket tech help consisted of someone sending me Apple help info, all of which I had already reviewed and determined was not helpful for my situation. I was told I would get a response within 24 hours which was annoying. I received a response within hours, but it was a nonsense response, did not answer my question, just dumped the same apple support info I had already read and processed through. Did someone at the company not turn the darn thing on before sending out? Couldn't they have walked me through trying to get this to work, rather than me having to spend time reading and thinking things through? However, I only buy refurbished, this is my 4th BackMarket purchase, all others have been fine, will send back and purchase another.

    Bought a M1 max 16inch MacBook pro (excellent condition)for about 2K. Charging brick and cord were wrong color. screen and keyboard had lots of dust. Outside wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Screen has tiny puncture damage in 1 spot. On the whole, happy with this purchase and the service, except for the above, but I'm willing to chalk that up to buying used.

    Very upsetting to find out that Back Market represented themselves that thier products are Apple approved as like new. Minus facial blemishes, that software and guts are refurbished to manufacturer specs. That in case is NOT a fact and Back Market does not even handle this devices. Not only discouraging. But I would never have purchased this product knowing it is in fact NOT Apple approved. After speaking with Apple Back Market isn’t even a preferred vendor. That this product should never have been sold, as the battery fails in all areas. A diagnostic I rendered payment for from Apple. I was willing to pay even an additional $400 for a new product, as long as I got dollar for dollar with the device given. The vendor which in fact IS NOT BACK MARKET, said no. I’m past the 30 days. Shame on you, just shame on you.

    Pretty good deal overall. No scratches but can see outline behind the iPad of former case protector. Screen Responsiveness is a touch temperamental but otherwise everything else meets my needs. I am using this as a 2nd iOS device just because I went through a nightmare of trying to authorize myself post-iPhone repair. I plan to mainly watch YouTube vids, use it as a Roku remote, and shop on Amazon.
