iMac does not start up; when powered up get a flashing folder. Apple instructions to start up from utility disk are good for an IMac that I had a wired keyboard and wi-fi set up with previously. BackMarket tech help consisted of someone sending me Apple help info, all of which I had already reviewed and determined was not helpful for my situation. I was told I would get a response within 24 hours which was annoying. I received a response within hours, but it was a nonsense response, did not answer my question, just dumped the same apple support info I had already read and processed through. Did someone at the company not turn the darn thing on before sending out? Couldn't they have walked me through trying to get this to work, rather than me having to spend time reading and thinking things through? However, I only buy refurbished, this is my 4th BackMarket purchase, all others have been fine, will send back and purchase another.

The iMac is great but the keyboard is crappy

Computer was extremely slow and there was virtually zero support from back market when inquiring for help or insight as to why it take 10 minutes to start. Huge pain and very disappointed with the service received.
