    Unfortunately, the iMac we received did not have the previous owner sign on cleaned out. We could not do ANYTHING! I went through the get repair:return process, only to find it easy, but difficult. Repacking the computer securely (you have to sign that you accept responsibility if something happens) and then either getting it to the post office or wait for the postal carrier to pick it up really can mess up a day. (additionally the time setting up, trying to figure out why it will not provide the anticipated set up messages and the whole “return “ process). It seems that if a product has been “refurbished “ it would be ready for a sign and set up by the new owner. It is crazy and makes me wonder if they did anything to the computer to ready it for the new owner. I purchased several refurbished phones from Back Market and have been very pleased. This purchase was less than positive!

    Unfortunately, the item arrived dirty, there are major scratches on the back of the monitor, scuffs on the base, the monitor-to-laptop cable is frayed and there is a missing pixel at the bottom of the screen. Because of the frayed cable and missing pixel, I wouldn't say this monitor was in excellent condition.

    product was junk out of the box looked nice noticed that the keyboard had some high traffic wear on the keys and that was validated when initial boot up revealed the keyboard was completely fried. Customer service was great they had me send product back immediately and they handled the situation promptly. Refund was given as soon as they was able to look at computer. Back Market was able to provide other vendors that had same model in the proper condition and price. Overall cannot knock the vendor these things happen and there is no ill feelings over the transaction.
