    Bought this computer in “excellent condition” bottom super scratched up. Deep scratches near charging port. Computer glitches out super bad. I could have gotten one from Apple refurbished for 100 bucks more and they wouldn’t have let something so shitty slide.

    Laptop was dead when I received it and charger did not work. Asked to send a new charger and they sent the wrong adapter, I had to order one myself and they refunded me the amount of the charger was. I’m hoping there are no further problems with the laptop. I did notice the charge did not last long but hoping that won’t be a reoccurring thin. Once I receive the charge I will fully be able to charge the laptop and see from there.

    Product seemed to be in good shape until after spending a couple hours on the laptop I noticed a serious sign on burn-in on the screen. A hazy blue circle inscribed the screen. After leaving it off for a day or two I turned it back on and found another now hazy orange mark on the left portion of the screen as well. I was quite disappointed because the condition of the laptop was listed as “excellent” and I would think the display would be one of the obvious things to check for when refurbishing a laptop. As such it’s costed me two weeks of time to order, receive, and return the product. I will not be using this website again to find refurbished products.

    I bought a macbook pro with a Spanish keyboard, but they sent me one with an English keyboard. When trying to use it I realized that the space key on the keyboard is broken, it doesn't work correctly, you have to press it hard to make it work. I need this computer to be replaced by the one I want, that is, one with a Spanish keyboard, I wrote to help and they have not responded, or at least they don't respond quickly.
