    After speaking with backmarket help, I’ve learned the seems to not be working right. I was told that the only solution is to wipe it out and send it back. Being as o have downloaded all my work programs and documents and files, and dependent on a laptop to work, I am very unhappy with this solution. There was no compensation offered for my inconvenience. I will send it back, but I don’t want it back. I want a refund

    I bought several used iPhones on the platform in the past with no issues, products were in line with descriptions and worked properly. Recently tried to buy a used IPad Air and faced with the issue when excellent condition turned to be a defective device hidden by poorly managed cover on the back. Seems platform started to use AI to streamline the process and vendor verification based on pictures, which can not be the case. I returned the product with issue description and asked for replacement. Wait another week to sort it out but got exactly the same IPad with new back cover. I finally got my money back, but lost two weeks of time for return/replacement process. Quality control should be improved. It forced me to look around and try other platforms like gazelle and others.

    It’s only been 30 days so I’ll come back in about 2-3 months to update. I received the computer in PERFECT condition. Minor cosmetic scratches but VERYYYY small. Like you can’t tell unless you really look for it. But it’s like new. Runs smooth.
