Received the MacBook promptly, it was sent with very good protection surrounding it. The MacBook was described as being in “Good” condition, bet it actually could be described as “Excellent”. They make it easy to buy a used device. This is my first macbook. I got it because I couldn't find a reasonably priced windows computer for what I needed. This used computer is better than any of the new computers I was looking at, and much cheaper than comparable new windows laptops. It's also way better quality than any other laptop I've owned. The quality of the macbook is amazing, I got it for a "Fair" grade and it is perfect everywhere. The only issue is small dents on the surface of the laptop that won't be seen by anyone, and very little dents on the bottom of the computer but no one's going to be looking there. Great computer. No issues yet, except whoever delivered it didn't knock at the door. Despite being in ear range of the door all evening so I found it on the porch in the morning in 17 degree F weather. Thankfully, no issues and been using it for the last several weeks. The device I purchased arrived so quickly and well packaged and the condition was excellent. The only issue I had was that it was getting hot easily but now I have updated the OS and am using a laptop table so it’s better, not as hot as in the beginning.
