Shipping was very quick and arrived early than expected. The outward appearance is in excellent condition and looks brand new. Performance at first was pretty good but it improved as I updated drivers. My only "bad" is the charging cord doesn't power the laptop if I'm using it, but that's minor. I did not contact the seller as it was an easy thing to fix on my end. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase.

everything still works to this day as I am typing from this laptop. The only issues are that the plastic in the corner of where it hides the hinge for the screen is loose but still intact and that when I use my laptop in a new wifi and return to the old wifi i have to restart the laptop so it can connect the wifi

Both type-C ports stopped working with video after 11 months. A 2nd monitor connected to a type-C/thunderbolt port showed "no signal" error on screen. Port provided power, but not video signal. I returner laptop to seller for repair. They returned it to me with a video of them testing it (showing it working). However, the C ports still did not work for me, even with 4 different new thunderbolt 3 cables. Seller said no to my second request for repair.

I ordered this laptop for my son and come to find out I was sent the wrong model. I was sent a model that had the wrong CPU AND GPU. Was supposed to be intel i5 and RTX 3050, What I received was an Intel i7 with a GTX 1650! That’s one big difference in computing. And not to mention price! I paid for something much more powerful. I have a warranty, let’s see how long until they fix this error.
