    Wanted another Mac. Not willing to spend 2000.00+. Found backmarket. Why not give it a try. The machine I selected a 15 inches Mac Pro, advertised as fair condition. It arrived quickly, and condition was better than I expected. Minor scratches, and a small dent. Works great. Check back in a few months.

    Really appreciate you guys not penalizing me for this. I order something similar on MacSales.com. I even opened a $2K credit line with them, thinking I'd buy a few. They sent me the wrong one on the first go. Not only did they not pay the return shipping, they charged me a restocking fee! Closed the credit line and I will only buy from you from now on!

    I never received the iPhone 12 as it was somehow lost by Fed Express. I opened a ticket with them, and they could not locate the iPhone. Back Market support is very good, but I was disappointed that I could not receive a replacement iPhone from the supplier in one business day with next day shipping after waiting weeks for the original iPhone. I am still waiting for my refund for the iPhone purchase from Back Market.

    Works great and the battery is great as well BUT I ordered the best condition and it had a pretty big and deep dent on the front bend part,hoping it doesn’t lead to other issues. Minor scratches that you can’t see unless you are in use. The dent and not having an authentic Apple charger are my only complaints though.
