I ordered a "Good" quality item and got something that was barely discernible from new. Loved what I got. Was very happy. But there was a problem. Not something I would expect a reseller to catch. Seemingly at random, the video would fail and the system would freeze and crash reporting that WindowManager was failing to report to the watcher. If you know anything about this you probably realize that the error reported is not the actual issue. My best guess was a logic board issue. The thing is I reported this to support and they were incredibly helpful and thorough. Within a week I had a new Macbook in the same, indiscernible-from-new-condition, that does not have the same issue. I'm extremely happy because I feel like I can confidently buy from Back Market knowing that I'm going to get a good product and if I don't, that's going to be rectified. Another thing to note that boosts my buying confidence is that the first MBP I bought I had 1 battery cycle and the replacement had 6. Generally the limit is 1000 so this was an indicator that either the products were truly newer refurbs or the batteries are replaced as a part of the refurbishment process (this would be my guess...

Im extremely satisfied with my purchase from this company. Honestly my MacBook Pro has a few dents and scratches but the battery and keys board actually working make up for it. Thank you very much for packing the laptop properly. I bought another MacBook Pro from Walmart market place and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a computer keys didn’t work and battery died in 2 hours. So if I ever need to make another purchase I am sticking with back market.

My recent purchase of a macbook pro was just like my purchase of 3 previous laptops---outstanding value, superb performance, and great customer service. I was amazed to receive my macbook pro just 2 days after ordering. I tell everyone about the great deals and service I have received over the last few years. Literally looks brand new for a refurbished item in “good” condition and the battery is almost brand new as well.

Overall very happy with the product, a fee more scratches than anticipated but overall product was pretty good. Works really well and I did have any older model which I expected same screen size but it's much larger and that was mostly my negative. If that was the case, I would have ordered the 14' unit vs the 15" item. Again, great price with great products.

The MacBook is simply amazing, its fast the battery 🔋 have a good performance also have just 96 cycles so its so good, even physically have really small marks of use so I'm really good with my purchase.
