    horrible experience! absolutely awful. You come across as all cool "spill the tea" and customer friendly. But this couldnt be further from the truth. I bought this on the advice of 2 BM sales/tech guys, David and Wilson. BM screwed this up but wont make it good. They both assured me that I didnt need any extra accessories with the purchase, that it came with the proper thunderbolt cable and adapter. It didnt! I paid $540 for this monitor, and I cant use it. It sits blank on front of me because it didnt come with what they said it did. But expect me to go and pay another $80 to get it just to run. Lara who is handling the case sounds like a well trained robot, she seems to not to have read my previous messages but has a cookie-cutter response each time. Im done. you are not having my money. I will never use BM again and will leave lots of reviews to warn others of how unwilling you are to make good on your own mistake. will warn people about having t and to have to deal with robot Lara and inept, halfwitted sales reps David and Wilson.
