So the laptop its self is in great condition. I didn’t really even see scratches. The issue I had was that the laptops operating system was corrupted and I had to erase the disk and reinstall the software. The person who had I’m guessing tried to update it and did not know what they were doing. After about 3 hours, I was able to sign in to iCloud and put the correct update on the Mac and it works great. So beware, you may have to do some troubleshooting when you purchase from this site. I wish that Backmarket could thoroughly inspect the device before receiving it.

Love my new computer for school! Besides it having a password when I received it everything went smoothly. The seller typed the password on my purchase receipt anyway so once I realized that everything was swell!

The laptop is in great condition. So far the only concern is the charging. It has been charging, I did get the not charging for a second. Overall, I think we're going to go and hopefully I don't need to return. Great buy!

Love it! It’s been a month since I got the laptop and I use it daily for classes and tv! Came with little marks but they hardly noticeable. The battery isn’t the best thing in the world, but it does still last the whole day atleast for me!

So far the computer is working great I originally ordered a MacBook with no touch bar, but I was sent the one with Touch Bar but I guess it still OK. I would recommend purchasing with faster processor just to be on the safe side. MacBook looks good no scratches or dense other than that I’m satisfied with my purchase

MacBook Pro 2017 13" Model in Fair Condition was perfect for my everyday and small business needs. It has several scratches on the sides and top. It didn't affect the machine's performance and reliability.
