    The computer was rated in excellent condition and I agree. Cosmetically it is very clean and so far everything works fine. The battery came with only 2 cycles on it, so it was practically new. I had an issue with the backlit keyboard but got the help I needed on the excellent BackMarket help page which recommended that I reset the PRam and that did the trick. This computer is identical to the one I have been using which has been showing its age. The biggest challenge has been finding some of the software that I am used to. You can't simply move applications from one computer to the other and the versions that are compatible with this operating system (High Sierra) in some cases are no longer supported by their publishers but I am finding workable alternatives. Consider me happy.

    Wow! Wow! Although I ordered a 2017 model of the Mackbook Pro, it looks and feels like new. Excellent job on a refurbished materials. The only thing is I wished that I had ordered at least a 2018 model. Any Mac device launched after 2017 will support the latest macOS 14 Sonoma. My recently purchased MacBook will only be supported by Ventura

    It is very simple to order and it came really fast, within a few days have not set it up yet because it is a gift, but it was received in very good condition. Also, you could tell it was shipped with care. some people complain about it not having original charger however mine did come with the original Apple charger. so far satisfied with product would definitely order from Back Market again this is my third purchase from them!
