Over all I am very happy with my macbook pro. It's in great condition and everything seems to work fine. But I am not happy how they packed it when they shipped it to me. It was in a box that was twice the size of the laptop. Which is fine but it was only wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap. So when you moved the box the macbook was just sliding all over the inside of the box. Luckily there was no damage but I could see something happening to it in shipping because they did not pack it very well. But if anything did happen Luckily back market has a 30 day return policy. I received my MacBook Pro in fair condition, fits more of the “good’ condition. Everything works well besides 2 small scratches around the Mac and 1 scratch that is barely noticeable on the screen, I also received a box that was all destroyed when it got to me it was poorly packaged after all this my MacBook is beautiful and I was supplied also with a charger. Purchased MacBook Pro for our college student. It arrived on time and in great packaging. At first inspection everything was top notch.
