    The discount I saved on buying used was more than I could have ever imagined. The condition may be listed as "Good", but it should be listed as Great. This machine is glorious. Battery life is superb. Loving the larger screen so much more, as I'm coming from a 12-inch 2017 MacBook. I did not realize how much I missed all of the ports as much as I did. So happy with my purchase and have been telling all of my friends to shop refurbished and save some coins.

    The MacBook Pro performs like a new one with the technology that was available at that time (2019). Really glad I bought it. I had a similar model but with only 16 gb of memory which as very limit for what I une. This one has 32 gb and meet my expectations. I would recommend it to anyone.

    This MacBook Pro is in very good condition! I’m impressed. I can’t find any scratches or scuffs. Keyboard is free from debris and everything is in working order.     For anyone else that was super worried to purchase from back market because of bad reviews or uncertainty of buying refurbished, here is my honest review as someone who was on a budget and looking for a MacBook for college. I too was super nervous about spending so much money on a MacBook Air without actually seeing it, but saw a ton of good reviews with this vendor and decided to trust it. I ended up buying a 2020 MacBook Air M1, 16GB Ram, with 256GB of storage in the color space grey in good condition. To my shock, the MacBook came in five days, even faster than it was expecting to come. When I opened the MacBook, it was wrapped in a heavy duty box with a thick bubble wrap to make sure it was super safe. When I opened the MacBook it looked AMAZING. There were a few small scratches on the underneath side of the Mac, but the top was absolutely flawless. I am so happy with this purchase and could honestly say that this is a great vendor that can be trusted! Even saved a few hundred bucks buying from back market instead of Apple! As far as everything else goes, the computer seems to operate perfectly, all speakers work. All buttons are in tact, and the touch pad is responsive. I hope my review helps some of you!

    This is the 3rd item I've received from this seller, and just like the previous 2, this "fair" condition Macbook Pro didn't have any indication that any human has ever touched it before. Excellent across the board. When it's time for another upgrade, I know who I will be ordering from.

    I was so skeptical about ordering from Back Market, but baby let me tell you! I wasn’t expecting what I got at all! I ordered a MacBook Pro 2020 in “Good” condition, but it came in Excellent and honestly feels brand new. No scratches, no dents, nothing at all. I feel so lucky right now.     I was so nervous to buy a refurbished MacBook from this website. I was even more nervous when I received my very first MacBook and it looked like it had been dropped from the Empire State Building. Huge dents on the top of the lid, and every corner had giant gashes to where there were even chunks of metal missing. I knew I had ordered one in “fair” condition but all the reviews I had seen had shown really nice looking ones, even ones in fair condition were pretty pristine. So I just sighed and wished I had paid a little extra for “good condition”. But then I opened the lid, and was really mad. The screen also had damage which was NOT supposed to happen even in fair condition. Several areas of pixels missing, and in the corner was a foggy like appearance. I contacted customer service and they immediately told me my options - return for a refund, or return and see if the sender could repair it. If they couldn’t, they would replace it. I opted to send it back and get it repaired if able, or replaced. It couldn’t be repaired, so I was sent a replacement. And let me tell you - my replacement is PERFECT! Not one dent, ding, or scratch. It’s SOOOO pretty. It looks brand new, and more importantly it works great. 100% battery health as well. Throughout the whole process, Back Market’s customer service was quick to communicate and check in with me. This speaks volumes and I will absolutely purchase through here again!
