    So I bought a fair quality MacBook expecting the keys to all fall out. I open it and am amazed at seeing nothing but a few minor dents in a corner or two. It came with a camoflaged surface covering sticker on the top and bottom. It looked ok but I know it'll start to peel off eventually so I removed it and saw the bottom scratches. No big deal, to be expected. I don't know if Backmarket put that stickers on or the previous owner, I'm guessing it was Backmarket. The battery is like new. The charger is 2nd hand but seems decent, I'll use it for now. My SSD is only 128GB, very, very low so I paid $100 to upgrade to 1TB from Amazon. Backmarket did an excellent job refurbishing. I have no doubt it's true that some others got unlucky and the Mac fell apart out the box. I recommend; what's there to lose with free returns? A little time to reorder something else and a trip to Fedex. My worst experience was actually Fedex. Backmarket didn't allow me to pick up or any delivery options, I had to sign for the computer package. The Fedex driver showed up, knocked once softly, and then ran back to his vehicle. We barely caught he before he kicked rocks. The computer firmware and software was factory reset and required about an hour of updates. My biggest regret was not ordering the 1TB SSD earlier because I have to install all the programs and setup 2x now, KEK. Thanks Backmarket, I'll be back in the market!

    The iPad Magic Keyboard looked brand new! I am very pleased with it's great condition and the excellent price I paid for it.     I am extremely pleased with this MacBook Pro. It was rated "Very good" and it is better than that. It looks and feels about as brand new as I could hope for. I just lost my job and along with it the computer I used for years, so I had to buy one of my own for the first time in 20 years. But being unemployed I had to conserve and not buy new. This turns out to be a great option. All is good with this transaction. Will certainly look here first for anything else I need.

    Bought a Macbook pro 15” 2017. Seller said it was in fair condition, but it arrived with only a few small scratches in the screen and few dents on the exterior! Wasn’t expecting the quality for fair condition but very thankful. The MacBook, touch bar, and charger work perfect. It was all carefully packaged and charger was wrapped as well.     Order shipped fast and arrived a day early and the MacBook Pro was in great condition. It was rated as excellent and honestly the only thing that made it look used was a very small barely noticeable scratch on one corner. Otherwise it looks like new, works great and the battery is getting at least 5-6 hours on a full charge which is awesome for a 7 year old laptop. I fully intend to shop on Backmarket again it was a great experience.
