    Computer was in great shape! My only complaint is that the mouse and keyboard and usb to usbc port adapter that are included are the cheapest worst things I’ve ever used. A week in and I’ve spent another $250 replacing the three items. I didn’t expect them to be state of the art but they barely work and are constantly needing resetting. I think it reflects poorly in the company personally.

    The whole experience was truly wonderful. I enjoyed browsing the website which made looking for the right product very easy.     What a deal! I research and compared for 6 months or more. This purchase was some of the very best money I ever spent (and I'm old). The unit is like-new and performs flawlessly.     The iMac came in excellent conditions and it works smoothly, however the mouse and keyboard that came with it aren’t Apple products which I expected but they take forever to connect and they also disconnect in the middle of using them.

    Ordered a 16 in 2019 macbook pro with the i9 processor, 32gb of ram and 1000gb of storage in excellent condition. Overall I am pleased with the order, the only thing I noticed is that the computer had a vinyl wrap the same color as the laptop on the outside, top and bottom. There are some fairly decent dents on the sides so I am scared of what I might see of I remove this protective cover. I ordered one in excellent condition, I would probably grade this order as "great", not "excellent". BUT computer has no scratches on the screen and works perfectly. I would give this order 4.5/5 stars.

    I LOVE my "new" MacBook and learned a lot in the process as well. My computer was actually 1 year newer yet not expandable.     It came in no scratches or anything, I bought it in excellent condition by the way. The negatives is the charger that comes with it, it’s aftermarket and it makes a hissing noise at times, but I’ll just buy one from Apple. Overall, great computer.

    The battery is terrible but I don’t know if that’s an Apple thing or a refurbished thing. Either way I’m delighted with it. Overall it’s in better condition than what I expected in selecting the lowest option. The screen seems to have been the only area damaged, and some glue around the edge is the only indication of this. There’s no scratches, scuffs, or dings anywhere that I can see.

    So I bought a fair quality MacBook expecting the keys to all fall out. I open it and am amazed at seeing nothing but a few minor dents in a corner or two. It came with a camoflaged surface covering sticker on the top and bottom. It looked ok but I know it'll start to peel off eventually so I removed it and saw the bottom scratches. No big deal, to be expected. I don't know if Backmarket put that stickers on or the previous owner, I'm guessing it was Backmarket. The battery is like new. The charger is 2nd hand but seems decent, I'll use it for now. My SSD is only 128GB, very, very low so I paid $100 to upgrade to 1TB from Amazon. Backmarket did an excellent job refurbishing. I have no doubt it's true that some others got unlucky and the Mac fell apart out the box. I recommend; what's there to lose with free returns? A little time to reorder something else and a trip to Fedex. My worst experience was actually Fedex. Backmarket didn't allow me to pick up or any delivery options, I had to sign for the computer package. The Fedex driver showed up, knocked once softly, and then ran back to his vehicle. We barely caught he before he kicked rocks. The computer firmware and software was factory reset and required about an hour of updates. My biggest regret was not ordering the 1TB SSD earlier because I have to install all the programs and setup 2x now, KEK. Thanks Backmarket, I'll be back in the market!
