    The iMac itself was in excellent condition and works very well, but I was a little disappointed it did not come with a Mac keyboard or mouse. I notice now, after the fact, that the advertisement says "compatible" keyboard and mouse (which was not the best quality), but thankfully I still had my old keyboard and mouse from my previous iMac. Notwithstanding this pet peeve, I was very satisfied with the machine itself.

    It’s a gamble ordering a 12” MacBook in 2025. This one was said to be in excellent condition and I gave it a shot. The computer is great shape and was able to update to MacOS Ventura and is completely functional other than the Bluetooth connection. I have not been able to troubleshoot this issue and can’t tell if it’s a hardware or software issue, or a combination of the two with a 2017 model computer. I ended up just buying some wired headphones and I’m good. Otherwise the 12” is great and I’d love to find one more as a backup in case this one does have a problem at some point. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Back Market and my purchase.

    the machine is great, better than advertised, love it. Good price, fast shipping, would definitely order from them again. The only negative (which I'm not going to take stars away for) is that FedEx is useless and horrible and didn't knock or ring the doorbell and I had to physically go to their location to get it. Once I got it, though, I was happy.....
