    The computer I got is generally good, and it will work, but the battery life is severely limited and requires a battery replacement more or less immediately. There is no information about the battery life (or cycle count) on the sales side. It would be way better if I know how much battery life any given computer has before purchase.

    Actually, everything's been great in terms of dealing with you guys BUT: I was sent a machine that did not meet the specs advertised. You are working to make it right though. Still: I have to pack it back up when I have time, ship it back, and then wait for the correct machine to ship and arrive. I'd call that a major PIA.

    My first order with Back Market (and this vendor). What an awful experience. I ordered an i9 iMac, received an i5. I tried to contact the vendor directly, but there was no contact information for them. I called Back Market, and talked to someone who made it super clear that they could care less about my experience. I'm sending the iMac back, and disputing the charges with my credit card company for good measure. I won't be using Back Market again in the future, and I'll make sure the shade is strong if anyone I know considers using them.
