This is my first apple product ever. Then i also bought magic mouse 2 from the back market. I bought this mac book in an excellent condition, Super happy and satisfied The packaging was absolutely secured with the bubble wrap. The look was excellent with zero scratches anywhere, although it was little dusty on the keys but i just dusted that off. Battery performance was excellent that was to my surprise. To be true i was suspicious to buy a refurbished apple product. But it is worth the wait and money. I ave been using it since 1 week now and no complaints at all. Sound is amazing, screen looks new and the most important battery doesnt drain. Loving it already!

Very happy with my purchase. Refurbished is the way to go. This is my second buy from here. First was an iPad. So I knew where to go when I needed a MacBook Pro. This is probably the smartest thing I have done with my money.

This was the best experience ever, I’ve known about Back market for some time now and was kind of scared. Read reviews for hours but finally pulled the trigger. I mean you literally can’t get a better bang for your buck for the pricing of this laptop. It works just like the new ones and is in amazing condition. Honestly, I truly loved this item I purchased. I was a bit confused how the product has crumbs and really sticky when I opened the package and had to do some disinfecting but overall it was a really nice product. But I’m grateful that the seller and back market was really professional and quick about my refund. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion.

I bought the computer in excellent condition, some visible scratches on the back cover and edges, but what interests me is the functionality so far perfect, plus the screen, keyboard and touchbar arrived in excellent condition you open it and the macbook looks new, otherwise the scratches are very pronounced but nothing that can not be solved with a case, came with original charger and a new original cable in its box. Recommended 10/10 very satisfied with my purchase.
