    Product was of excellent quality, nary a scratch on it. But the phone wasn't actually unlocked. When trying to unlock it myself from AT&T as instructed by the phone, the AT&T informed me that the phone was not fully paid off. Not giving a 1 star because Declutter was very quick in their response of offering a full refund and sent a return label immediately upon hearing this. Hoping to try to buy another Pixel once the refund goes through.

    I received my phone on time. However, I was having issues with good reception. After 30 days, I dropped my phone (in an otter box) and it shut off. It wasn’t a hard drop either. I took it to a repair shop and they told me the seller did not place any battery, screen, or antenna shields in the phone. The drop loosened the battery causing it to shut off without these shields. Had to pay $65 additional to the excellent rated phone I bought for a local shop to used one of their parts phones to provide me these shields. Had to drive all around town to find a store that had the needed shields as apple doesn’t sell these parts individually any longer (so I was told by the repair shop). For an excellent rated phone and this sellers mentioned QC checks, they should have made sure it had all parts included in the refurbished phone to ensure long term functionality. If you do purchase a phone from this seller, I would highly advise taking it to a repair shop after setting up the phone to let them inspect it. That way, if there is an issue, you can send it back and buy from someone else.
