    Quality - This iPhone was actually in really nice condition! I didn't think it would be as good as it was, looked very well, scratches were very minimal and it looked even better than the phone it was supposed to replace lol. Everything worked, it didn't overheat, flash and camera were perfect, no shortcuts were made in quality at all. Customer Service - I ended up not really having to worry about talking to customer service, but they had lots of opportunities for me to reach out before and after I got the phone. Shipping - I didn't even pay extra for shipping but it turned out to be so quick, fast, and efficient. I could track it, but it was coming so fast I didn't think it would even be necessary. I liked the packaging, it was very nice and simple and protected the phone. Overall - This was awesome. Just awesome. I wasn't expecting it to be this simple. I thought about replacing this broken phone, and not even in a week, I got a new one, got financing so I could pay for it later, and it was actually through a really cool company. I thought it would be so much more frustrating! This is awesome, this service is awesome, and I want to thank you guys so much for everything!! :D

    The quality of the product was great. I received everything in box including a charger. There was just one scratch which is expected with buying used items (but also super surprising because I've added at least 3 more scratches since I got it ops not easy to keep these things pristine. I recommend a screen protector.) shipping was fast, I didn't expect it to come so fast with the basic shipping! ANd overall the product function is perfect I have run into no issues.
