    I purchased this Surface in "Good" condition, which should mean that there are no scratches on the screen. Immediately on opening it, however, I saw a pretty deep scratch right near the top of it - deep enough that it was clearly visible regardless of the angle you were looking from. I reached out to the vendor to address it, and it's been over 24 hours but I've received zero response. I've had lots of good experiences buying from Backmarket, but this definitely isn't one of them.

    Be very careful with seeing "locked" or "not-locked" TMobile admits that this phone is not black listed but refuses to unlock it unless the origional owner had the phone on network for 40 days AND personally requests an unlock. So now I am stuck working on a 3rd party unlock solution (a lot of additional money)

    the wrong item was sent. contacted support and the return process was easy, except the correct item has yet to be sent.
