Got the phone in time when expected. The only complaint is that the condition description wasn't fully correct. According to back market fair condition shouldn't have any chips in the phone just micro scratches visible from 8"s. The phone I received has a decent size chip missing out of the edge of the camera lens. Phone operation is flawless and battery life is very good as well. I would and will buy again from back market

Be very careful with seeing "locked" or "not-locked" TMobile admits that this phone is not black listed but refuses to unlock it unless the origional owner had the phone on network for 40 days AND personally requests an unlock. So now I am stuck working on a 3rd party unlock solution (a lot of additional money)
