    The item did not meet the promised standard. The battery health was down to 76% whereas a minimum of 85% was promised. They were fair in refunding me but it was a big waste of time. Now - as I prepare this review it asked extra questions and then averaged the ratings to give a higher star rating. It does not seem to give an accurate review.

    I was very hesitant considered I purchased from back market before and I was disappointed, especially since it was a gift. However this time around, I got exactly what I expected and a day earlier than anticipated My iPhone 13 Pro looks brand new! The battery life is also 95% and I haven’t had any problem with it thus far There’s only one scratch on the side but considering it’s always in a case I never ever notice it. Overall 5/5
