I finally received my phone all the way in Kenya. I bought iPhone 12 Pro in excellent condition and I love it. The phone exceeds the expectations I had as I was skeptical about a refurbished phone. I had an issue with my shipping address and the customer service was awesome and I was given a promo code for the inconvenience. I am a happy client.Thank you!

Ordered phone with 90% battery and an aftermarket battery was installed with out telling me so now battery health won’t display. Had I known that I would have just had Apple do it and not paid extra for an aftermarket battery. Not fair to customer to do bait and switch like that. Thought I was getting iPhone with original battery over 90 percent left. So buyers beware. You can’t even call to ask these questions. At least you have 30 days return policy but what a hassle. Next time I’ll just get Apple refurbished and avoid the hassle.

I was very hesitant about this being a good phone for the price but it is vary surprising I ordered it in fair condition and it has no visible damage at all it held up way past my expectations would definitely recommend if you want a good phone for a good price and the battery life is at 86% but that’s to be expected form a refurbished phone but love it would 100% recommend

This is most satisfactory risk I have ever taken. I purchased the iphone 12Pro in Excellent condition. Came with no scratches on the screen or even the back, no scratches on camera, . Speakers are in perfect condition when playing music. Looks literally brand new, can't tell its refurbished. Battery health 82%, but I am still satisfied with it as it is. On that note, I am also an international shopper, i.e I am from Nairobi, so this was a real risk, so happy with my purchase.
