    I love the watch and the quality and condition but a big thing for me was the fact that I paid for the 44mm and received the 40mm so everything I had for it doesn't fit or work. This is tye first thing I bought from them and probably the last.

    The shipping was great, the phone even came in it’s original box. But few things that I noticed that the my mic sounds muffled to the person I’m having a phone call or FaceTime call on speaker. Sometimes even the bottom speaker when I put even the lowest volume start to produce a loud static noise that sometimes to stop it is to hit the phone on the side or reset the phone for the bottom speaker to function normally, but don’t really mind it.

    i received my iphone xs and the exterior is excellent, but i do notice that the ear speaker sounds distorted and it has a battery issue. the orientation from vertical to horizontal gets stuck quite a bit. not sure if that's a software issue. i have to admit that i'm not entirely happy with my order and i'm going to ask the seller for a return and try another iphone of the same make and model. hopefully this will not have the same issues.

    everything came in sustainable packaging, there was no damage to my items and i received the charger with the Macbook as well . I think i waited 2-3 days for shipping and delivery. overall back market is an extremely convenient and safe place to buy and sell electronics, i haven’t sold personally but i’ve gotten quotes for my items and they are fair with the pricing . if you can’t tell , i love backmarket 😂

    This is the 3rd phone I have gotten from back market, the first one is 18 months and going strong, the 2nd is only a few months and might be having issues (but to to that family member traveling I have not been able to check it) this one was an emergency purchase as a home fix on SO’s phone failed (faulty part, and it messed up the phone) and after waiting for longer to get it thanks to weather it is DOA. Says it is charging but does not increase battery% working on refund and will try one more time

    Seller, DECLUTTR sold me wrong year product, continues to market product for $5 cheaper. This product is NOT A 2022! NOT a 60 MP camera, it is a 16MP camera. Seller had this feedback before, I assumed it was correct. I received a refund and product is now listed $5 cheaper. SELLER WOULD NOT MAKE RIGHT! I have had many great experiences with BackMarket and referred others to BackMarket. This was not at all. I spent almost 2 weeks from the time I ordered to the time I found they would not send me correct phone even though I reported the issue that day and sent it back next day.

    I paid for 2-day express shipping. The packaging was very low quality and no attempt to protect the phone. No foam or bubble wrapping around the phone inside a flimsy cardboard box inside a plastic envelope. When I picked up the package, the phone was loose and jiggling inside the box. Upon opening the box, I found that the cardboard "stabilizer" was so flimsy that it had torn from the end where two small tabs held it in place. Cell phones are relatively heavy so this packaging is not appropriate. Also, the phone was completely dead so had to charge for an hour just to start the set up. Usually, phones have a little charge when mailed out. I haven't completed phone set up so will see how it goes ....
