    I bought the “Excellent” condition Apple Watch Series 8. Out of the box there are deep scratches, grime in the cracks and on the crown, and when I went to set it up it wouldn’t download the update. This isn’t even acceptable if it were listed as “Fair” condition. I will be returning. Very disappointed with this company.

    Overall, Black Market is great! They're customer service is impeccable. I ordered a Pixel 6 in "good" condition, it was not to have any scratches on the screen. When it arrived it very clearly had scratches on the screen. Not bad enough that I wanted to return it, but felt I should have been charged the "fair" price instead. Contacted customer service, they asked for a photo. Sent them a photo and they gave me a $40 refund! Much more than I expected. Props to them for making the mistake right. Phone works great and I'm super happy with the purchase and experience.

    The crease was slightly worn but it costs more than the phone to replace it so it's understandable. It still functions as expected and it's amazing. Though the back panel was not secured properly but I got it repaired for cheap enough so it's all good.
