    Immediately the device arrived. The packing was the first thing that caught my attention. It was beautiful. After I opened, the device exceeded my expectations. Before now, I had ordered and returned 3 phones from a popular website because they keep sending me thrash. The first came with super visible scratches. The second had flashlight issues and the third had battery problems. But a friend convinced me to try Back Market and this is the best purchase I’ve made this year. I will buy more gadgets next month.

    The phone is like new. I upgraded from my Back Market bought Pixel 2 from May of 2021. That phone started to glitch, so I made the jump to this phone. The service and reliability of this company is fantastic. Considering what I would have paid for these two phones, I have saved hundreds of dollars since 2021.     10/10 pleased with my OnePlus 10 Pro from Back Market. I chose the "good" condition option and the only blemishes I could find were 2 teeny tiny nicks on one side maybe the size of the tip of a needle each. The phone works perfectly and feels brand new! Shipping was fast although I would have preferred an option other than FedEx as they did not allow options to pick up or re-route the package (and only deliver during times when most people are at work) due to signature requirement.

    Upside: Love the prices and ever changing stock. Downside: I've noticed every phone I've ordered, the battery life is just crap compared to the original. I don't know why or they put in lower quality in Monday refurbish them, I'm not sure why but to me that's the down side. Need charging too often constantly and couldn't take it to events without battery power backup(s).
