    Shipping was quick. The laptop itself does have a fair share of dents and scratches. The hinges that hold the screen up in place are a bit loose and it keeps falling back from the angle I put it which I thought wouldn't be a big deal at first but now it's getting really annoying. The OS runs slow and laggy most of the time. It has its problems but an ok purchase so far
