    Initially I loved my order. After actually using the laptop , It wouldn’t allow me to watch Netflix on safari, it constantly overheated & lagged. Other than those things the laptop was ok. You get what you pay for. After 6 months the laptop completely shut down. Honestly I went to turn it on one day & it just wouldn’t. So i return it for “repair” waited 5 business days for the seller to tell me im getting a refund instead of a replacement or repair. Mind you I paid extra for the protection coverage plan which is a waste of money because they redirected me to file a claim through the warranty. The only positive part of this experience was the professionalism of the csr I was texting back and forth. I’m glad I’m getting my money back but this is not the outcome I was expecting.I’m very disappointed about my laptop. Buyer beware

    I received the “fair” condition MacBook Air and when they say fair they mean it. It does have quite a few dings on the left corner of the MacBook and scratches on the back which is slightly noticeable because it’s silver so if you’re someone who truly cares about that I’d advise you get a “good” or likely “excellent” condition Mac. Honestly nothing a pretty case can’t cover up. Me on the other hand I just really wanted a MacBook for the low and heard this site was the best option so I will refer people to backmarket to save some coins. The sound is amazing, the camera quality is pretty great for its model, and it came with an amazing charger!

    The phone is in very good condition. The battery seems like it is still in decent shape. The back of the phone has light scratches but that could just be the coating that is used on the back of the Pixel 3 model. For the money, this is a fantastic purchase. I am using this a media device with no connectivity other than WiFi to download music.

    Computer has been good so far. It’s been up to par, and the condition is great. I have inspected it and found difficulty finding scratches, dents, or errors which would make it otherwise. I have noticed it can be slow, but that could also be a wifi correlated issue. Otherwise, for the price, I am very impressed.
