    The laptop works well. It came with a few dings and scratches since i got it in good condition and the charger didn’t come new. it’s yellow and dirty. Overall the laptop is nice and it is what i expected it to be (condition wise) but it works great.

    I understand that I was getting a refurbished MacBook, but I thought it would’ve at least been cleaned. The charger was nasty and the usb c ports had dirt and grime in them. I also paid for a excellent MacBook, although the screen wasn’t scratched the bottom was really scraped up and at that point I would t call it excellent. I just expected more from back market because I had heard so many good things about it. Other than that it was a great experience with many options. It also got here super fast Which I was impressed about.

    The item arrived fast and looked great! Functioned perfect, except it was supposed to be an iPad 10.2 (2020), 32GB, WiFi + GSM + LTE in excellent condition…. and what I got was WiFi only, though picture showed antenna strip clearly on back of iPad! Backmarket was very responsive with my issue and super fast getting back to me. Return was processed and the refund sent quickly. MY issue is I wanted the item for a birthday present (Nov 22) and now I have to go shopping AGAIN! I hate last minute shopping! SUX!

    I ordered and paid for a MacBook Air which was supposed to be in good condition but I believe I received one that is in fair condition based upon the description. The screen is supposed to be perfect but there are scratches and pixels are burned out in the center. There are 3-4 dents on the body but only supposed to have scratches. Definitely not what I was expecting.
