    The laptop itself is excellent, with no flaws and even more high quality than I was expecting out of it. Unfortunately, I found it to be incompatible with several things for school, including the school website and the inability to use Android apps, but this was due to my own lack of research. Overall it's pretty good, but I had to go with a different laptop in the end and keep it as a computer for my off-grid kit.

    Got such a good deal on this little Chromebook, and it’s perfect and so fast. My daughter is going to be using it for homeschool, and I’ve been using it to do basic internet things that I don’t want to do on my phone. Love this thing. And I love backmarket.     The MacBook is amazing! Purchased in GOOD condition, the screen is flawless! The only kind of “damage” I’ve found is one of the corners is very slightly flattened, indicating it was once dropped. Other than that, cosmetically it’s in great, looks-basically-brand-new condition. I’m so grateful to have found Back Market!! Especially since I was buying this MacBook for my 7yo son, lol! No way I’d want to spend $1,500+ for a laptop that could possibly be ruined rather quickly. Buying refurbished with the extra Protection Plan was the way to go! The price was amazing, as is the quality of the product AND you cannot beat the 2-3 day shipping during the holidays!! The entire process from start to finish was absolutely perfect. I’ve never seen a company work harder to ensure you have the most seamless experience as a buyer. Now that I know about Back Market, I’ll forever be a customer.
