    Quality of the product, customer service and delivery were great. Specifically the customer service. I changed my mind about canceling, refund request, and then not canceling anymore, everytime the customer service was very nice and helpful. I did not notice that the Chroambook does not have Windows. I had to get accustomed to it but after a few days, it's no longer an issue and I am happy to have a great computer for such a low price and to use refurbished things. It's a small but worthy action to take care of our planet.

    I recently had to turn in my work computer because of an out-of-state move and it was this same exact model. Having loved my experience with it for 5 years, I purchased this refurbished model hoping that it would give me another couple years of headache-free computer love. 🤞🏻The MacBook Air I bought through BackMarket (Device Refresh is the seller) is aesthetically in very good condition. Outside of the seller not sending the correct charger, I have yet to experience any issues with the computer itself. The charger issue took about two weeks to be resolved. I now have the correct charger and am excited to explore my computer. Charger mishap aside, it seems this Mac is exactly what I hoped it would be.

    Totally worth it. This is the best experience I've had with resellers. Ebay is complete trash compared to this service. The Macbook came with a charging cable, which I appreciate since this style is older and would probably be a pain to try and track down to buy separately. Backmarket is my go-to now during all these supply chain shortage issues. Just came back to buy a refurbished phone the other day. Highly reccomend
