    4th time I have ordered those computer being ensured that receiving a broken computer is a fluke and that it would not happen again. I'm in absolute disbelief that this is the 4th computer that came with a broken monitor . Also have not had any actual help with customer service until my last order, so that's 1/4 people who are actually willing to help resolve an issue. I'm done with this company, I really think it's either a sham, or they lie about their so called "quality assurance" ( which they also charge a fee for) Ridiculous.

    The item was received damaged upon arrival. I'm sure mistakes happen but I really believe that this should be fixed as quickly as humanly possible. I needed this computer for this upcoming week and when I received it the screen is separating down the side seam.
