    The condition was fair, just a few dents on the sides. But it was heating up so I decided to return and get the one in excellent condition. Support kept sending me instructions for reset on newer models so had a lot of back and forth with them. But was able to get it restored with Apple Support. Customer care is friendly and responsive that's good.
