    The outside of the device is as described with just a few slight scratches. However, when setting up I notice the screen has 2, 2” discolorations on it. Also the screen slowly falls backwards when open and the mouse pad is separating from the casing. I’m disappointed because my son needs this device ASAP for school and now we will have to wait longer.

    Finding what I'm looking for is always easy, shipping is reliable, and so far I'm pleased with the quality of the products I've gotten. I'm all for refurbishing electronics, because most "old" electronics are still perfectly good. Speaking of, I love this tablet, and for the price I really couldn't have gotten a better deal. It's perfect for what I needed, which was just a portable all in one drawing tablet and something to use when I'm away from my home PC, and this little powerhouse has even come in clutch a few times when my main desktop was in the middle of repairs. My tablet was listed as good condition and the only thing I've noticed with it at all is that a couple small parts of the screen have burn in, but its only noticeable when the tablet is powering on. I've had no issue drawing on it, and I haven't noticed the flaw in the screen while streaming movies either.

    Ordering and shipping went fantastic. MacBook Air in “good” condition looked nice. Hinge was loose and the screen did not feel right when opening and closing. About a week into having it a tiny screw fell out of the bottom of it, we put in back in the best we could and returned it. The return process was great and easy and we have since reordered another one in excellent condition and are waiting on that one to arrive.
