    Before you read this review: The first part is me going to be ranting about how Back Market and many other marketplaces don't help the consumer figure out what they're purchasing beforehand. It's 100% not their fault, every single website assumes that the consumer knows exactly what they're purchasing. However, I'd like to see some changes across the board to make it a standard to give more information about what you're purchasing instead of pushing the condition of the product and holding off on explaining the specs. If I wasn't someone who knew how to understand specs of a laptop/computer before purchasing, I feel like my purchasing experience would have been much worse. Back Market doesn't do a lot to tell you what you're getting other than giving you the basic spec sheet. I understand that it's not their problem and that they're more worried about giving you the condition of the refurbished product, however it would be nice to see them add some type of information for how old the CPU/GPUs are (or giving examples at to why more RAM effects performance/multitasking, etc.) for people who don't know much about computers and are trying to purchase something strictly because they have to stay on a budget. It would help many people feel like they didn't make a mistake before purchasing and save them so much time, and to streamline it wouldn't be hard. Now that I've ranted: For me, the purchasing process has always been amazing with Back Market. I purchased a Surface Laptop 3 with an i5-7300u, which by todays standards isn't super powerful. I knew this beforehand since I knew I only wanted a laptop that was slim, easy to use, and that I could connect to when I need to to work for college, light video editing, and some entertainment. If you're looking for a laptop, the Surface line is pretty decent for what you're paying for, ESPECIALLY when it comes from Back Market. Every single product that I've purchased from Back Market has been taken care of and carefully inspected, when you look at their explanation of the condition of products, they've been spot on every single when I've purchased from them. I'd definitely give them a try, the prices are usually good for what you're getting and you may end up enjoying a refurbished/cheaper product in the long run compared to buying new!

    Such a great buy, bought in Good condition so there are minor scratches to the back which are barely visible. It does get a bit heated but I believe it may just be the Macs ventilation. Otherwise, just as new.

    I'm pretty disappointed with this laptop. I've had issues with it since the get go. To be fair it was very affordable and I expected some minor problems but its hardly usable at this point...I've only had it for 9 months. Since it came into my hands it had an issue with it randomly restarting by itself. Which is so inconvenient but like I said, it was a minor issue that I overlooked due to the price of the product. I've since been experiencing periods when the laptop will not start at all.There will be days where it wont hold a charge and it has to be connected to the power adapter to be used followed by a seemingly 'recovery' period and battery life is normal(?)... So weird. It gets very slow and freezes A LOT. I keep everything on an SD card so disk space isn't an issue. It constantly needs to be restarted but then it will have a hard time powering back on and sometimes freezes on start up. To be clear, I think Back Market is a good place to buy refurbished electronics. I have an iPhone I got through this website that is great. However I do not recommend this laptop.

    I needed something to use for work while I'm traveling and I really didn't want to lug around my laptop. This iPad Pro is exactly what the doctor ordered. It's lightweight, it handles workload and has mad my workflow much easier since I can just leave it on my nightstand and start work while I'm in bed. Great price, great product, and it works like a dream.
