    The 2 star review is for the device. The services provided by Back Market is definitely 5 stars, so my feedback is about the chromebook itself. The Chromebook took some time to arrive. Upon arrival, it was only charged at 17%, so I plugged it in to charge fully in order to set up the chromebook. It took a few hours for it to get fully charged. However, upon booting up, it takes a LONG time to boot up. It keeps hanging take a long time to respond to any clicking command (left click and then it sits for a LONG time). I couldn't go past the wifi set up section because it was hanging so badly. It was very frustrating and there was no way I can rely on that esp if I plan to use the Chromebook for simple Internet surfing.... This was very disappointing considering the condition was "excellent". I am happy Back Market has the 30 day period for returns. The returning process was easy and straight forward, no hassling at all, so I appreciate that about Back Market. As for the item, it was not a good experience, which is too bad because I had ordered a phone from Back Market in the past and it was a good purchase and experience.

    A pretty poor experience. Two chrome books - neither charger works, takes extended time to resolve through a weeks worth of slow moving messages with a credit. After obtaining proper chargers from another website, one works great, the other glitches out consistently, keys stick, it's not usable. They just say to return it for a credit. I think it's probably best to just order elsewhere.
