The battery came at 87% availability and it’s performing very well. The phone metal exterior is flawless and a beautiful dark blue. The screen has a few scratches at the top and at the bottom of the screen probably from putting it and taking it out of a phone case. But overall, the screen looks perfect inside the phone case I bought. I’m very satisfied with the phone”s performance, aesthetics, the price, and I’m looking forward to buying an Apple Watch from Backmarket soon.

    This is the second laptop from Back Market. The ACER is good. This order I was expecting an ACER and got an HP. It is in excellent condition. Had nearly a 100% charge. Set up in about 20 minutes.     DoA with a battery that didn't charge, which apparently wasn't covered under the warranty. The seller mine came from (Device Refresh) only offers refunds, no repairs or replacements, which sucks because I want a MacBook, not a refund. Only reason I gave 2 stars is for Back Market's support accepting my request to return it quickly and without difficulty
